Managing one’s emotional resiliency and saying “no” when tasks are becoming too overwhelming is a practiced life skill that demands an individual to remain aware of their own physical and emotional stamina and manage their expectations of themselves appropriately.

Being mindful of one’s body is a crucial life skill for those maintaining their sobriety.
